Highland Oaks Health Center

Highland Oaks Health Center is recognized for its excellence in long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation, including dedicated support for veterans and residents requiring advanced clinical services. The community offers a strong therapy program, wound-management expertise, and a comprehensive, person-centered approach to care planning.
